All prices are shown in GBP (£) by default. If you’re shopping from outside the UK, your payment provider may convert the total to your local currency, and exchange rates or fees may apply.

Do you store my payment information?
No — for your security, Mystiq Parfums does not store any payment details. All transactions are handled securely by trusted third-party providers like PayPal, Klarna, and our payment gateway, ensuring your data is protected.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. For international orders, delivery can take 5–10 working days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold and to international deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected time frame or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@mystiqparfums.co.uk. We’ll investigate with the courier and make things right.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched, so don’t wait to get in touch.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a fragrance if I don’t like the scent?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on used or opened fragrances. We recommend trying our Discovery Set to explore scents before committing to a full-size bottle.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send a photo and your order number to info@mystiqparfums.co.uk, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Do you accept international returns?
At this time, we’re unable to cover the cost of international returns due to high shipping fees. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.
How do I start a return?
If your item qualifies for a return (unopened, unused, and within 14 days of delivery), email us at info@mystiqparfums.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days. It may take a little longer for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
Can I exchange a fragrance instead of getting a refund?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but we’re happy to assist with a return (if eligible) and help you place a new order for your preferred scent.
